The World of Neil

As many will know, Jane has been in hospital to have her tonsils taken out at last. Recovery is proving indeed to be a very slow process but its continuing. Then there was the little excitement of my visit to Accident & Emergency thanks to a chronic nose bleed on Saturday evening. It certainly was all happening over the last week at our house. Naturally its impacted on the boys. Thanks to their ASDs, they take a lot to heart and have a hard time dealing with the emotional spin-offs. Its been a tough start to the year, but they have been brilliant.

Principally they were worried about Jane, Matthew more so. He was far to anxious and uptight to even consider school on Thursday, the day of Jane’s op. His heightened anxiety could almost be felt as we headed to the hospital on Thursday afternoon. It didn’t help…
